Every new client is required to submit a full autobiography ,  This allows our counselor to gain deep insights into your life, inclinations, and experiences, thus coming to first session ready to rock and roll, for the autobiography saves up 8 to 10 sessions of the clients’ money and time.


Criteria for autobiography 

1) Tell me as much as you can about your life from your perspective: Family, growing up childhood, spirituality, dreams that you have wanted to achieve but procrastinated or gave up on, friendships, failures, finances, fears, girlfriends/boyfriends, career, adult relationships, children, heart breaks, day to day over all internal mental, emotional-state, quality of diet, habits, sleep patterns etc.…


2) As you sit down and write for your life, you will come to moments when you think to yourself, “Should I include this,” either because it seems of little value to revealing or embarrassing: Include them! sometimes these become very important points that round out the picture.
